Upravljanje zaštićenim dijelovima prirode i podruĉjima koja se nalaze pod ekološkom
mreţom Natura 2000 provodi Javna Ustanova za upravljanje zaštićenim dijelovima
prirode Krapinsko-zagorske ţupanije. Javna ustanova provodi djelatnosti vezane uz
zaštitu, odrţavanje i promicanje zaštićenih podruĉja, a sve u cilju zaštite i oĉuvanja
prirode i osiguravanja odvijanja neometanih prirodnih procesa. Opisane su djelatnosti
koje je duţna provoditi Javna ustanova, plan upravljanja na temelju kojeg se upravlja
Ustanovom, ciljevi, provedba planova i smjernice zaštite koje se provode. Krapinskozagorska
ţupanija posjeduje veliki broj zaštićenih podruĉja, a tu spada 1 park prirode, 4
spomenika prirode, 2 podruĉja znaĉajnog krajobraza i 10 spomenika parkovne
arhitekture. Ukupna veliĉina zaštićenih podruĉja u Krapinsko-zagorskoj ţupaniji iznosi
6.211,58 ha. Posebnu je vaţnost potrebno posvetiti zaštiti zaštićene flore i faune koju je
moguće pronaći u velikom broju. Opisana je ekološka mreţa općenito i podruĉja
ekološke mreţe koja se nalaze pod Naturom 2000 na podruĉju Krapinsko-zagorske
ţupanije. U provedbi zaštite prirode vaţno je realizirati projekte kojima se ţeli pristupiti
široj javnosti ukazujući na vaţnost prirodne baštine i njezina oĉuvanja. Opisan je naĉin
na koji se provodi edukacija stanovništva od strane Javne ustanove s glavnim ciljem na
oĉuvanje prirodnih vrijednosti i okoliša, te je napisana kratka diskusija vezana uz
institucionalno djelovanje vezano uz zaštitu prirode.
Abstract (english) In this graduate thesis there is talk of implementing protection nature in Krapina-
Zagorje County. Management of protected parts of nature and areas under the Nature
2000 ecological network carried out by a public institution for the management of
protected parts of nature of Krapina-Zagorje County. Public institution carries out
activities related to protection, maintenance and promotion protected areas, in order to
protect and preserve nature and ensure the smooth running of processes. The activities
that the Public Institution is obliged to carry out are described, the management plan on
the basis of which the Institution is managed, the goals, the implementation of the plans
and the protection guidelines that are carried out. Krapina-Zagorje County owns a large
number of protected areas, and that we count 1 nature park, 4 monuments of nature, 2
areas of significant landscape and 10 monuments of park architecture. The total size of
protected areas in Krapina-Zagorje County is 6,211.58 he. Special importand should be
given to the protection of flora and fauna which can be found in a large number. It is
described ecological network in general and ecological networ areas in Nature 2000 in
the field Krapina-Zagorje County. In the implementation of nature protection, it is
importan to implement projects whitch they want to reach the general public pointing
out the importance of natural heritahe and conservation. The manner in which the
education of the population is carried out by the Public Institution with the main goal of
preserving natural values and the environment is described, and a short discussion
related to institutional activities related to nature protection is written.
