Abstract
Znanje o financiranju projekata sredstvima Europske unije postalo je neophodno kako bi se napisao kvalitetan projekt koji može konkurirati za potpisivanje Ugovora o bespovratnim sredstvima te samim time dobivanje pomoći iz fondova EU. Govoreći o fondovima Europske unije, to su sredstva koja mogu doprinijeti regionalnom razvoju što ponajprije ovisi o korisnicima sredstva. U ovom radu naglasak je stavljen na postupak upravljanja projektnim ciklusom kroz faze projekta, od realizacije, potpisivanja ugovora pa do provedbe.
Abstract (english)
Knowing how EU-funded projects are financed has become necessary in order to write a quality project that can compete for the signing of a Grant Agreement and thus obtain assistance from EU funds. European Union funds can contribute to regional development, which primarily depends on fund users.. The paper places emphasis on the project cycle management process through the project phases, from implementation, contract signing to implementation.
