Abstract

Glina se često koristi u geotehničkim zahvatima radi svojstva slabije propusnosti vode, što je prikazano u ovom završnom radu. Dva primjera su uzeta za razmatranje gline kao građevinskog materijala . Prvi je na odlagalištu Trebež kod izgradnje nepropusne glinonobetonske barijere radi sprječavanja ulaska procjednih otpadnih u prostor podzemnih voda. Prije početka građenja vodonepropusne glinenobetonske barijere provedeni su istražni radovi radi dobivanja relevantnih informacija potrebnih za izvedbu radova. Oni su ponajviše uključivali radnje u cilju utvrđivanja dubine prostiranja slabopropusniog podinskog sloja, u koji treba ići glinenobetonska barijera. Drugi primjer je ugradnja gline u jezgru nasute brane, Šumetlica. Primjenom ovakvog rješenja spomenute glinene jezgre omogućava se fundamentalno formiranje akumulacije. Prikazani su potrebni radovi na kontroli ugradnje takvih, slabije propusnih materijala u branu.

Abstract (english)

Clay is often used in geotechnical interventions due to its lower water permeability, which is presented in this paper.Two examples have been used in order to present clay as a construction material.The first example is the one of Trebež landfill related to the building of an impermeable clay-concrete barrier in order to prevent leachates from entering underground water.Before the beginning of the construction of an impermeable clay-concrete barrier, instances of research have been conducted in order to gain pieces of information necessary for carrying out the construction. The research mostly focused on determining the depth and the surface of a low permeability layer, into which a clay-concrete barrier is supposed to go.The second example is related to the installation of clay into the core of embankment dam Šumetlica.Applying the solution of the aforementioned clay core enables the fundamental formation of accumulation. The necessary proceedings related the control of the installment of such low permeability materials into the dam are also presented.
