Abstract

Pazinski Ponor prostire se na centralnom dijelu Istarskog Poluotoka i opskrbljuje podzemne vode središnjeg istarskog vodonosnika. Vodotok Pazinčica je dugačak oko 17 km, a svoj površinski tok na fliškome području završava utokom u Pazinski ponor. Nakon poniranja, vode Pazinčice i njenog slivnog područja krškim podzemljem odlaze prema izvorima koji se nalaze u dolini rijeke Raše, s njene desne strane. Količine vode koje istječu na izvorištima ovisne su u hidrogeološkim uvjetima. Trasiranjima Pazinskog ponora utvrđeno je da vode koje poniru u Pazinski ponor izviru na izvorima Sveti Anton, Rakonek, Balobani, Grdak i na nekim manjim izvorima. Osim toga daljnjim trasiranjima je utvrđeno da podzemne vode središnjeg istarskog vodonosnika također izviru na izvorištima u južnom dijelu poluotoka.

Abstract (english)

The Pazin Abyss extends over the central part of the Istrian Peninsula and supplies the groundwater of the central Istrian aquifer. The Pazinčica watercourse is about 17 km long, its surface flow in the Flis area ends with an inlet into the Pazin abyss. After the waters of Pazinčica and its catchment area have plunged through the karst underground they flows towards the springs located in the Raša river valley, on its right side. The amount of water that flows out at the springs depends on hydrogeological conditions. By tracing the Pazin sinkhole, it was determined that the water that sinks into the Pazin sinkhole originates from the springs Sveti Anton, Rakonek, Balobani, Grdak and some smaller springs. In addition, through further tracing, it was established that the underground water of the central Istrian aquifer also originates from the springs in the southern part of the Peninsula
