Abstract

U ovom radu definirana je mogućnost primjene bespilotnih letjelica u postupku
nadziranja odlagališta. Za primjer uzeto je odlagalište mješovitog komunalnog
otpada čije će se ime i lokacija zbog zaštite podataka u ostatku rada označavati kao
NN. Za navedeno odlagalište opisan je princip rada pojedinih tehnoloških jedinica te
količina i vrsta otpada nastala u 2020. godini. Uz opis bespilotnih letjelica, njihove
povijesti i zakonodavstva, opisano je njihovo pozicioniranje i upravljanje definirajući
sustave GNSS i CROPOS. Objašnjena je upotreba fotogrametrije sa pojmovima
DOF i Ortofoto. Za određivanje visinskih kota odlagališta korištena je bespilotna
letjelica Phantom 4 DJI, GNSS uređaj TOPCON GRS-1, mobilna aplikacija
PIX4Dcapture, programi Agisoft Professional, Visual Survey i AutoCad.

Abstract (english)

This paper defines the possibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles in the landfill
monitoring process. An example is the landfill of mixed municipal waste, whose
name and location will be marked as NN for the rest of the work due to data
protection. The principle of operation of individual technological units and the amount
and type of waste generated in 2020 are described for this landfill. In addition to the
description of drones, their history and legislation, their positioning and management
are described by defining the GNSS and CROPOS systems. The use of
photogrammetry with the terms DOF and Orthophoto is explained. The Phantom 4
DJI drone, TOPCON GRS-1 GNSS device, PIX4Dcapture mobile application,
Agisoft Professional, Visual Survey and AutoCad programs were used to determine
the altitude of the landfill.
