Abstract

Buka je postala jedan od najraznolikijih oblika onečišćenja okoliša. Broj vozila na kolnicima povećava se iz godine u godinu, što dovodi do povećanja buke koja se emitira u okoliš. To ima negativne utjecaje na ljude i prouzročiti oštećenje sluha, povećanu razinu stresa, umor, pad koncentracije i sl. Osim toga, povećanju buke može doprinijeti i vrsta podloge po kojoj se vozila kreću, odnosno asfalt. S razvojem novih tehnologija kvaliteta asfalta povećava se svake godine. Prometna buka predstavlja poseban problem u gradovima jer se u njima promet odvija ne samo tijekom dana, već i tijekom noći. Iz tog je razloga potrebno posvetiti više pažnje mjerama za zaštitu od buke, osobito one koja dolazi sa prometnica. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati prometnice sa starim i novim asfaltom u gradu Varaždinu, izmjeriti razinu buke prometa unaprijed definiranih prometnica s obzirom na broj vozila, prikazati dobivene rezultate mjerenja. Također, predložiti mjere za smanjenje količine buke prometa i dovođenje na razinu koja neće imati štetni utjecaj na kvalitetu života ljudi.

Abstract (english)

Noise has become one ofthe most resilient forms of environmental pollution. The number of vehicles on the roads is increasing every year, which leads to an increase in noise emitted into the environment. This can havea negative effect on people and cause hearing damage, increased stress levels, tiredness, loss of concentration, etc. In addition to vehicles, the type of surface on which vehicles move, i.e. asphalt can also contribute to the increase in noise. With the development of new technologies, the quality of asphalt is increasing every year. Traffic noise poses a problem especially in cities, where traffic noise is present not only during the day, but also during the night. For this reason it is necessary to pay more attention to the measures which are aimed at noise protection, especially at the protection from noise which comes from roads. The aim of this paperis to present roads with bad and new quality asphalt in the town of Varaždin, measure the level of traffic noise on pre-defined roads with regard to the number of vehicles, present the obtained measurement results, and propose measures to reduce the amount of traffic noise and bringing it to a level that will not havea harmful effect on the quality of life of people.
