Abstract

Da bismo mogli projektirati i izgraditi građevine, a da na njih ne utječu potresne aktivnosti, potrebno je provesti seizmička istraživanja tla određene lokacije, napraviti klasifikaciju tla i odrediti projektne vrijednosti maksimalnog potresa kako je to propisano u Eurokodu 8. Da bismo to mogli odrediti potrebno je izmjeriti brzine posmičnih valova na zadanoj lokaciji preko koje možemo klasificirati tlo. Te brzine je moguće snimiti i ostalim geofizičkim metodama no zbog jednostavnijeg pristupa problemu MASW metoda je najuporabnija.

Abstract (english)

In order to design and construct buildings without affecting earthquake activity, it is necessary to conduct seismic research of specific locations, to make the soil classification and to determine the project values of the maximum earthquake as required by Eurocode 8. In order to determine the need to measure the speed shear waves at a given location through which we can classify the soil. This speed can be recorded with other geophysical methods, not because of the simplest approach to the problem the MASW method is most reliant on.
