Abstract

U radu je opisan način određivanja maksimalne suhe gustoće MBO otpada uz pomoć vibro ploče. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisano je gospodarenje otpadnom u RH, te su opisana svojstva i sastav komunalnog otpada. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je mehaničko-biološka obrada otpada uz najveći osvrt na biološku obradu otpada. Treći dio rada govori o izgledu i principu rada vibro ploče, pomoću koje se određuje zbijenost materijala. Na temelju zbijenosti materijala moguće je odrediti suhu gustoću materijala. U završnom dijelu rada opisan je postupak određivanja maksimalne suhe gustoće vibro pločom. U istom poglavlju opisan je ispitani materijal te su prikazani rezultati dobiveni ispitivanjem. Preliminarni rezultati pokazali su da je odnos između povećanja amplitude i porasta maksimalne suhe gustoće nelinearan. Također je utvrđeno da povećanjem amplitude dolazi do porasta maksimalne suhe gustoće materijala. U predmetnom ispitivanju utvrđen je porast maksimalne suhe gustoće za 13,5% uz povećanje amplitude s 0,25 na 0,68 mm.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes a method for determining the maximum dry density of MBT waste using a vibro plate. The introductory part of the paper describes waste management in the Republic of Croatia, as well as the properties and composition of municipal waste. The second part of the paper describes mechanical-biological treatment of waste with the greatest emphasis on biological treatment of waste. The third part of the paper talks about the appearance and an operation principle of a vibro plate, which is used to determine the compaction of a material, based on which it is possible to determine the dry density of a material. The final part of the paper describes the procedure for determining the maximum dry density with a vibrating plate. In the same chapter, the tested material is described and the test results are presented. Preliminary results showed that the relationship between an increase in the amplitude and an increase in the maximum dry density is nonlinear. It was also concluded that an amplitude increase lead to an increase in the maximum dry density of the material. The study showed an increase in the maximum dry density by 13.5% with an increase in amplitude from 0.25 to 0.68 mm.
